Payment methods

App Store (default)

The primary payment method is the Apple App Store. When you subscribe from the iOS app:

• Payment is handled directly by Apple.
• You use the payment method registered with your Apple account (credit card, Apple Pay, App Store balance).
• Invoices are issued by Apple and available in your purchase history.
• Renewal is automatic (monthly or yearly depending on your choice).

Bank transfer

Teams

Bank-transfer payment is available for Teams subscriptions only, for companies that prefer not to go through the App Store.

To subscribe or renew a Teams subscription by bank transfer:

1. Contact us by email at contact@photoreport.app with the number of users and desired duration.
2. We send you a quote and bank details.
3. After receiving the transfer, we activate your subscription manually.

Bank-transfer subscriptions are managed directly by the PhotoReport team. For any changes (adding users, renewal, cancellation), contact contact@photoreport.app.
