Home screen
The home screen is the first thing you see when you open PhotoReport. It shows all your projects and gives you access to settings, notifications and new project creation.
Your projects
Section titled “Your projects”Your projects are displayed as cards. Each card shows:
- The project name and cover photo (if set).
- The last modified date.
- The member count (for shared cloud projects).
- A sync indicator: a green checkmark means the project is up to date, an hourglass indicates pending changes, a crossed-out cloud means the device is offline.
Tap a card to open the project.
View Options menu
Section titled “View Options menu”All display settings on the home screen are grouped into a single View Options menu in the toolbar:
- Display mode — Grid (default, cards with cover photos) or List (a compact view, handy when you have many projects).
- Filter — Show all projects, local projects only, or shared projects only.
- Sort — By modification date (newest or oldest first) or by name (A-Z or Z-A).
Search for a project
Section titled “Search for a project”Use the search bar at the top of the screen to find a project by name.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”The bell icon at the top of the screen opens the notification center. You’ll find:
- Collaboration notifications (changes made by a team member).
- Export confirmations (report ready or error).
- Sync alerts (download complete, conflict detected).
A red badge on the icon shows the number of unread notifications.
