Create a report

Create Report turns your site documentation into a professional report to share with clients, managers or partners.

Available formats

  • PDF — A structured document with the cover page (company logo, project name), annotated plans, photos and comments. Brand colors are preserved, a running header and a “PhotoReport” footer appear from page 2 onwards, and the typography is tuned for print legibility. Ready to send by email or print.
  • HTML — An interactive web page viewable in any browser. Audio comments play inline, photos are shown in high resolution, and the report is responsive on mobile (a hamburger drawer replaces the sidebar below 768 px).
  • ZIP — An archive containing the HTML report, all photos, plans and audio files (.m4a). The most complete format.

Create a report

Section titled “Create a report”
  1. Open your project.
  2. Tap the Create Report button.
  3. You can preview the report before generating it. The preview doesn’t use up an export.
  4. Choose what to include: plans, photos, documents.
  5. Select the photo quality (a trade-off between quality and file size).
  6. Tap Create report. The report is generated.
  7. The iOS share sheet opens: you can save the file to Files, send it by email, AirDrop, etc.

Filter the report contents

If you’ve applied an annotation filter in the plan viewer (by day, by author or by media type), the same filter is applied to the exported report. Only matching annotations are included, and the active filter is surfaced at the top of the report so your recipient knows what they’re looking at.

Share online

Instead of sending the file directly, you can create a password-protected share link:

  1. After creating the report, choose Share online.
  2. Set a password (6 characters minimum) — you can type one manually or generate one automatically.
  3. Choose an expiry period: 7, 30 or 90 days.
  4. Tap Create link. The link is copied to your clipboard and ready to send.

A unified progress bar walks you through each phase (generate, package, upload) until the link is ready.

Company profile on reports

If you’ve set up a company profile, your company logo, name and address automatically appear on the PDF report cover page and in the HTML report header.
