Account and sign-in
Guest mode (without an account)
Section titled “Guest mode (without an account)”You can use PhotoReport without creating an account. In guest mode:
- You can create projects, import plans, take photos and generate reports — everything works locally on your device.
- You cannot sync data to the cloud, share reports online or collaborate with others.
- Your projects are stored only on your device. If you uninstall the app, they will be lost.
Sign in
Section titled “Sign in”Three methods are available:
- Sign in with Apple — The fastest method. One tap is all it takes.
- Sign in with Google — Use your existing Google account.
- Sign up with email — Choose an email address and a password (6 characters minimum).
If it’s your first time signing in, your account is created automatically. No separate sign-up step needed. When you sign up by email, a verification message is sent to your address to confirm it is yours.
To sign in, go to Settings and tap Sign in or create an account.
Account information
Section titled “Account information”Once signed in, the Settings screen shows:
- Your email address.
- Your display name (tap to edit).
- Your subscription plan (Free, Pro or Teams).
- Your cloud storage usage with a progress bar (visible for Pro and Teams subscribers).
Change your email or password
Section titled “Change your email or password”If you signed up by email, you can change your email address or password without leaving the app.
- Go to Settings, then tap your account.
- Choose Change email or Change password.
- For your security, the app asks you to re-authenticate (enter your current password).
- For an email change, a verification message is sent to the new address. The change takes effect once you confirm that link.
Sign out
Section titled “Sign out”To sign out:
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Sign out.
- Confirm your choice.
Delete your account
Section titled “Delete your account”Account deletion is permanent. To delete your account:
- Go to Settings, then tap your account.
- Scroll down to the Danger zone section.
- Tap Delete my account.
- The app asks you to re-authenticate to confirm your identity.
- You review the projects and data that will be deleted.
- Type DELETE to confirm permanent deletion.
All your data (projects, reports, photos, cloud storage) is deleted. This action cannot be undone. If you signed in with Apple, the authorization granted to PhotoReport is also revoked.
