Check your usage
Section titled “Check your usage”You can see your storage usage:
- iOS app — In Settings, under your account. A progress bar shows space used vs your quota.
- Web dashboard — On the home page, the storage card shows used space. The bar changes color: blue (normal), amber (over 80%), red (over 95%).
What counts toward storage?
Section titled “What counts toward storage?”Cloud storage includes:
- Photos and videos from your annotations.
- Audio comments.
- Imported plans (PDFs and images).
- Shared reports (hosted ZIP archives).
Project data (names, text, metadata) is very lightweight and barely counts.
Free up space
Section titled “Free up space”If you’re approaching your quota:
- Delete expired shared reports — ZIP archives from shared reports take up space even after expiry.
- Delete unnecessary photos or videos — Videos in particular consume a lot of space.
- Upgrade your plan — Moving from Pro to Teams multiplies your quota by 4.
