Manage your subscription

If you already have an active subscription (e.g., on another device or after a reinstall):

  1. Open the iOS app and go to Settings > Your subscription.
  2. Tap Restore purchases at the bottom of the screen.
  3. The App Store checks your history and reactivates your plan.

You can switch between monthly and yearly billing from the subscription screen. The yearly plan saves roughly 2 months compared to monthly pricing.

The change takes effect at the end of the current period. You are not billed twice.

Cancellation is done from your iPhone Settings (it’s not possible to cancel from the PhotoReport app):

  1. Open your iPhone Settings.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select PhotoReport and tap Cancel subscription.

If you subscribed via bank transfer, contact us by email at contact@photoreport.app to cancel your subscription.
