Invite collaborators

Send an invitation

Section titled “Send an invitation”
  1. Open the project you want to share.
  2. Go to the collaborators list (people icon).
  3. Tap the + button (add a member).
  4. An invitation link is generated. Send it by email, message, or any other way.

The invitation link is valid for 7 days. After that, it expires automatically and you’ll need to generate a new one.

On iPhone or iPad

When the invited person taps the link:

  1. The PhotoReport app opens (if installed).
  2. The invitee sees the project name and taps Join.
  3. The project is downloaded to their device. Content (plans, photos) syncs in the background.

On the web

If the invitee opens the link in a browser:

  1. An invitation page shows the project name.
  2. The invitee signs in or creates an account.
  3. They are redirected to the dashboard and join the project.

Invitation expiry

Invitation links expire automatically after 7 days. If a link has expired, the project owner can simply generate a new one by following the same steps.
