Roles and permissions
Each member of a shared project has a role that determines what they can do.
The roles
Section titled “The roles”The owner is the person who created the project. They have full control:
- Edit the project name, notes and cover photo.
- Add, edit and delete plans.
- Create, edit and delete annotations.
- Take photos, record videos and audio comments.
- Export reports.
- Invite and remove members.
- Delete the project.
There can only be one owner per project.
Member
Section titled “Member”A member is someone who joined the project via an invitation. They can:
- Create, edit and delete their own annotations.
- Take photos, record videos and audio comments.
- View all annotations and photos in the project (including those from other members).
- Export reports.
A member cannot:
- Edit the project settings (name, cover photo).
- Invite or remove other members.
- Delete the project.
Identifying roles
Section titled “Identifying roles”In the project’s collaborators list, each member is shown with a badge indicating their role: Owner or Member.
