Teams
The Teams plan is designed for teams that work together on job sites. It lets you invite collaborators to your projects and work in real time.
What the Teams plan adds
Section titled “What the Teams plan adds”Compared to the Pro plan, the Teams plan unlocks:
- Invitations — Invite collaborators to your projects via a link.
- Real-time collaboration — Each member can add annotations and photos, and changes appear instantly on all participants’ devices.
- 20 GB of cloud storage per user (vs 5 GB on Pro).
Who needs a Teams subscription?
Section titled “Who needs a Teams subscription?”All project members — owner and collaborators — must have a Teams subscription to participate in a shared project.
Convert a project to cloud
Section titled “Convert a project to cloud”To collaborate, the project must be a cloud project. If your project is local:
- Open the project settings.
- Tap Enable cloud (or Convert to cloud project).
- The project is uploaded to the cloud and becomes shareable.
Once the project is in the cloud, you can invite collaborators.
Typical use case
Section titled “Typical use case”An architect creates a site monitoring project and invites the site manager and the technical inspector. Each person has their own Teams subscription and documents their observations from their own iPhone. In the evening, the architect reviews all observations on the web dashboard and generates a comprehensive report.
