Projects on the dashboard

The Projects page shows all your cloud projects: ones you created and ones shared with you.

Each project is displayed as a card with:

  • The cover photo (or a color gradient if no photo is set).
  • The project name.
  • Quick counters: number of plans, photos and members.
  • The last modified date (e.g., “modified 2 hours ago”).
  • A role badge: blue for projects you own, green for projects shared with you.
  • Search — Type in the search bar to find a project by name or description.
  • Filter by role — Three buttons: All, Owned and Shared.
  • Sort — By creation date (newest or oldest), by modification date, or alphabetically.

Click a project to open its detail page. You’ll find:

  • A stats bar: total plan count, annotation count and photo count.
  • The plans grid — Thumbnails of each plan with annotation and photo counts. Click a plan to open the plan viewer.
  • The member list — Names, avatars and roles of each collaborator.
  • Created and last modified dates.

If you’re the project owner, a Settings button lets you edit the project name and description.
