Settings

The Settings page is accessible from the sidebar menu. It lets you manage your profile, display preferences and privacy options.

Account

Section titled “Account”

Shows your email address and cloud storage usage (space used vs your quota).

Language

Section titled “Language”

Switch between Français and English in one click. Your choice is saved for future visits.

Theme

Section titled “Theme”

Choose between Light and Dark themes. Your choice is saved in your browser.

Privacy

Section titled “Privacy”

Links to the PhotoReport privacy policy and terms of service.

Export my data

Section titled “Export my data”

You can download an archive containing all your PhotoReport data (profile, projects, reports, preferences):

  1. Click Export my data.
  2. The export is prepared (this may take a moment).
  3. A Download button appears. Click to retrieve the file.

The file is in JSON format and contains all your personal data. See Export my data for more.

Danger zone

Section titled “Danger zone”

Delete my account

Section titled “Delete my account”
  1. Click Delete my account (red button).
  2. Type your email address to confirm.
  3. Click Confirm deletion.

You will be automatically signed out. See Delete my account for details.
