Section titled “Is PhotoReport free?”Yes, the free plan lets you create one project with unlimited plans and photos, and generate up to 3 reports. Pro and Teams plans unlock additional features. See Plans and pricing.
Does PhotoReport work on Android?
Section titled “Does PhotoReport work on Android?”No, PhotoReport is available only on iPhone and iPad. The web dashboard is accessible from any browser (computer, tablet, Android).
Can I use PhotoReport without an internet connection?
Section titled “Can I use PhotoReport without an internet connection?”Yes, the iOS app works entirely offline. Your data syncs automatically when the connection returns (with a Pro or Teams subscription). See Sync and offline mode.
Is my data secure?
Section titled “Is my data secure?”Yes. Your cloud data is hosted in the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest, and protected by Google Cloud infrastructure. See Security.
Account and subscription
Section titled “Account and subscription”Do I need an account to use PhotoReport?
Section titled “Do I need an account to use PhotoReport?”No. You can use the app in guest mode (without an account). An account is needed for cloud sync, report sharing and collaboration. See Create an account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Section titled “How do I cancel my subscription?”For an App Store subscription: from your iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions > PhotoReport. For a bank-transfer subscription: contact contact@photoreport.app. See Manage your subscription.
Can I recover my subscription on another device?
Section titled “Can I recover my subscription on another device?”Yes. Use Restore purchases in Settings > Your subscription. See Manage your subscription.
Projects and data
Section titled “Projects and data”What happens if I delete the app?
Section titled “What happens if I delete the app?”In guest mode, your local projects are lost. With a Pro/Teams account, your cloud projects are saved online and re-downloaded when you reinstall. See iCloud and local backup.
Can I recover a deleted project?
Section titled “Can I recover a deleted project?”No, project deletion is permanent. Make sure to export your reports before deleting a project.
How much storage do I get?
Section titled “How much storage do I get?”Pro: 5 GB. Teams: 20 GB per user. The free plan works locally. See Storage.
