iOS troubleshooting

  1. Check that your device is on iOS 17 or later.
  2. Fully close the app (swipe up from the app switcher) and relaunch it.
  3. Restart your iPhone or iPad.
  4. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall from the App Store. If you have a Pro/Teams account, your cloud projects will be re-downloaded automatically.
  1. Check that you’re connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
  2. Check that you’re signed in to your account in Settings.
  3. Check the sync indicator on the home screen (hourglass = in progress, crossed cloud = offline).
  4. Open the project and check the sync details for any errors.
  5. Tap Verify sync to run an integrity check.
  • Photos load in the background after sync. Wait a moment, especially on a slow network.
  • If a photo stays blurry, close and reopen the project to force a reload.
  1. Check that notifications are enabled in iPhone Settings > Notifications > PhotoReport.
  2. Check that notifications aren’t muted for this specific project (in the project’s collaborators list).
  3. Notifications are batched every 60 seconds — a slight delay is normal.
