I can’t sign in to the dashboard
Section titled “I can’t sign in to the dashboard”- Check that you’re using the right address: dashboard.photoreport.app.
- Check that you’re using the same sign-in method as in the iOS app (Apple, Google or email).
- If using Apple, make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple account in your browser.
- Try clearing your browser cache or using a private browsing window.
The dashboard is empty (no projects)
Section titled “The dashboard is empty (no projects)”- The dashboard only shows cloud projects. Local projects (created in guest mode or not synced) don’t appear.
- Check that you have an active Pro or Teams subscription.
- Check that you’re signed in with the right account.
Plans don’t load
Section titled “Plans don’t load”- Check your internet connection.
- Try a different browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
- Very large plans may take a few seconds to load — be patient.
A shared report won’t open
Section titled “A shared report won’t open”- Check that the report hasn’t expired (the expiry date is visible on the Reports page).
- Check that the password hasn’t been changed recently.
- After 5 incorrect attempts, access is blocked for 15 minutes.
