Web troubleshooting

  1. Check that you’re using the right address: dashboard.photoreport.app.
  2. Check that you’re using the same sign-in method as in the iOS app (Apple, Google or email).
  3. If using Apple, make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple account in your browser.
  4. Try clearing your browser cache or using a private browsing window.
  • The dashboard only shows cloud projects. Local projects (created in guest mode or not synced) don’t appear.
  • Check that you have an active Pro or Teams subscription.
  • Check that you’re signed in with the right account.
  1. Check your internet connection.
  2. Try a different browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
  3. Very large plans may take a few seconds to load — be patient.
  • Check that the report hasn’t expired (the expiry date is visible on the Reports page).
  • Check that the password hasn’t been changed recently.
  • After 5 incorrect attempts, access is blocked for 15 minutes.
