Export a report

Exporting lets you turn your site documentation into a professional report to share with clients, managers or partners.

  • PDF — A structured document with the cover page (company logo, project name), annotated plans, photos and comments. Ready to send by email or print.
  • HTML — An interactive web page viewable in any browser. Photos are displayed in high resolution and the report is navigable.
  • ZIP — An archive containing the HTML report, all photos, plans and audio files. The most complete format.
  1. Open your project.
  2. Tap the Export button (share icon).
  3. You can preview the report before exporting. The preview does not use up an export.
  4. Choose what to include: plans, photos, documents.
  5. Select the photo quality: high, medium or low (a trade-off between quality and file size).
  6. Tap Export. The report is generated.
  7. The iOS share sheet opens: you can save the file to Files, send it by email, AirDrop, etc.

Instead of sending the file directly, you can create a password-protected share link:

  1. After exporting, choose Share online.
  2. Set a password (6 characters minimum) — you can type one manually or generate one automatically.
  3. Choose an expiry period: 7, 30 or 90 days.
  4. Tap Create link. The link is copied to your clipboard and ready to send.

Your client can view the report online by entering the password, without installing the app. See Sharing reports for more.

If you’ve set up a company profile, your company logo, name and address automatically appear on the PDF report cover page and in the HTML report header.
