Projects

A project groups all the documentation related to a job site or inspection: plans, annotations, photos, videos and audio comments.

Create a project

1. From the home screen, tap the blue + button.
2. Enter the project name (required).
3. Add notes and a cover photo if you wish (optional).
4. Tap Create Project.

Free plan

The free plan is limited to 1 project. To create more, a Pro or Teams subscription is required.

Edit a project

From inside a project, tap the settings icon to edit:

• The project name.
• The notes.
• The cover photo (add, replace or remove).

Delete a project

From the project settings, scroll down to the danger zone and tap Delete project. Deletion is permanent: the project and all its data (plans, annotations, photos) are removed.

Caution

If the project is shared with other members (Teams plan), deletion removes it for all participants. Make sure to export your reports before deleting a project.

Local and cloud projects

• Local project — Stored only on your device. Available in guest mode and on the free plan.
• Cloud project — Synced to the cloud and accessible from all your devices and the web dashboard. Requires a Pro or Teams subscription.

When you sign in with a Pro or Teams subscription, your local projects can be converted to cloud projects.
