Projects

A project groups all the documentation related to a job site or inspection: plans, annotations, photos, videos and audio comments.

  1. From the home screen, tap the blue + button.
  2. Enter the project name (required).
  3. Add notes and a cover photo if you wish (optional).
  4. Tap Create Project.

From inside a project, tap the settings icon to edit:

  • The project name.
  • The notes.
  • The cover photo (add, replace or remove).

From the project settings, scroll down to the danger zone and tap Delete project. Deletion is permanent: the project and all its data (plans, annotations, photos) are removed.

  • Local project — Stored only on your device. Available in guest mode and on the free plan.
  • Cloud project — Synced to the cloud and accessible from all your devices and the web dashboard. Requires a Pro or Teams subscription.

When you sign in with a Pro or Teams subscription, your local projects can be converted to cloud projects.
