Delete my account

Caution

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data will be erased. We recommend exporting your reports and data before proceeding.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile.
• All your cloud projects and their content (plans, annotations, photos, audio comments).
• All your shared reports (links stop working).
• Your cloud storage is freed.

From the iOS app

1. Go to Settings, then tap your account.
2. Scroll down to the Danger zone.
3. Tap Delete my account.
4. Re-authenticate to confirm your identity.
5. Review the projects and data that will be deleted.
6. Type DELETE to confirm.

From the web dashboard

1. Go to Settings.
2. In the Danger zone, click Delete my account.
3. Type your email address to confirm.
4. Click Confirm deletion.

After deletion

• You are automatically signed out.
• Shared report links stop working immediately.
• Projects you owned are deleted for all members.
• Your contributions in projects where you were a member (annotations, photos) remain in those projects.

Tip

Before deleting your account, consider exporting your data and exporting your reports in ZIP format to keep a copy of your work.
