Export my data

You can download all your personal data stored by PhotoReport. This is your right under the GDPR (right to data portability).

What’s included

The export contains:

• Your profile (name, email, account creation date).
• The list of your projects and their metadata.
• The list of your shared reports.
• Your preferences (language, notifications).

Note

The data export covers your metadata and account information. To retrieve your project files (photos, plans, reports), use the Export a report feature in ZIP format from the iOS app.

From the web dashboard

1. Sign in to the web dashboard.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Click Export my data.
4. Wait while the export is prepared.
5. A Download button appears. Click to retrieve the JSON file.

From the iOS app

Data export is also accessible from the iOS app settings, in the account section.

Format

The exported file is in JSON format. It can be read by any text editor or data processing tool.
