Sharing reports

Report sharing lets you send a web link to your clients, partners or colleagues so they can view or download a site report — without needing to install the app.

How it works

Section titled “How it works”

  1. From the iOS app, export a report (PDF, HTML or ZIP) and choose Share online.

  2. Set a password (6 characters minimum) and an expiry period (7, 30 or 90 days).

  3. A share link is generated and copied to your clipboard. Send it by email, message or any other way.

  4. Your recipient opens the link in a browser, enters the password, and can view the HTML report online or download the ZIP archive.

  • The report is hosted on PhotoReport’s servers and accessible via a unique link.
  • The link is password-protected — no one can view the report without the password.
  • The link has an expiry date — after that date, the report is no longer accessible.
  • You can change the password at any time from the iOS app.
  • You can track the download count from the iOS app or the web dashboard.
