Expiry and downloads

Expiry period

When creating a share link, you choose an expiry period:

• 7 days — For a quick, temporary share.
• 30 days — To give your client time to review the report.
• 90 days — For extended access, for example on a long-running project.

After the expiry date, the link stops working. The report is no longer accessible and the page shows an expiry message.

Tip

If a report expires and your client still needs it, you can create a new share link from the iOS app with a new expiry period.

Track downloads

The download counter tells you how many times the report has been viewed or downloaded. You can see it:

• In the iOS app, in the project’s My Shares section.
• On the web dashboard, on the Shared reports page.

The counter updates each time a visitor enters the correct password and accesses the report.

Delete a shared report

If you want to revoke access to a report before its expiry date, you can delete the share link from the iOS app. The report will no longer be accessible online, even with the correct password.
