Company profile
The company profile puts your name, your address and your logo on every report you generate. It is the difference between a generic export and a document carrying your identity when it lands with the client.
Filling in the profile
Section titled “Filling in the profile”- Open Settings, then Company profile.
- Enter the company name, for example “Acme Construction”.
- Enter the address, for example “15 Main Street, Paris”.
- Click Upload a logo and choose your file.
- Click Save.
The logo
Section titled “The logo”- Accepted formats: PNG or JPG.
- Maximum size: 5 MB.
- The image is resized to 512 px on upload, which is ample for printing a header.
A PNG on a transparent background gives the best result, as the logo then sits cleanly whatever the report’s background.
Remove deletes the logo without touching the rest of the profile.
If the file is refused, the message says why: it is not an image, or it exceeds 5 MB.
Where it appears
Section titled “Where it appears”The profile is used on the cover page and in the header of reports, in the PDF as well as the HTML version and the online shared report.
It is saved on your account, not on a project: fill it in once and it applies to all your later reports, on every platform.
Not to be confused with the cover photo
Section titled “Not to be confused with the cover photo”Two settings that look similar but are unrelated:
- The company profile is yours and appears in reports.
- A project’s cover photo only helps you recognise it in your project list, and appears in no report.
