Shared reports
The Reports page brings together every report you have put online, across all projects. It is where you track what your recipients can still open, and where you take back control of a share.
What the list shows
Section titled “What the list shows”Each report appears as a card with:
- The project name it came from.
- A status badge: green for active, red for expired.
- The share date and the expiry date.
- The size of the archive.
- The number of downloads.
The download count is the best signal you have: it tells you whether the report was actually opened, without having to ask.
Opening a report
Section titled “Opening a report”For an active report, the View button opens the page exactly as your recipients see it, password included. It is the safest way to check what you sent.
Changing the password
Section titled “Changing the password”If a password has circulated too widely, or you have lost it:
- Choose Change password on the report’s card.
- Enter the new password, six characters minimum, or click Generate.
- Save.
The old password stops working immediately. The link address does not change: recipients keep the same URL and only need the new password.
Deleting a share
Section titled “Deleting a share”Delete this share ends the link immediately and frees the corresponding storage.
Expiry
Section titled “Expiry”A shared report expires on the date chosen when it was created, after 7, 30 or 90 days. Past that point, the link shows an expiry message instead of the report.
An existing report cannot be extended. To restore access, create a new report and send the new link.
See Expiry and downloads for how it works on the recipient’s side.
