Frequently asked questions

Yes, the free plan lets you create one project with unlimited plans and photos, and generate up to 3 reports. Pro and Teams plans unlock additional features. See Plans and pricing.

Yes. The Android app is available on Google Play and offers the same features as the iOS app. See Install the Android app. So PhotoReport exists on iPhone and iPad, on Android, and in the browser with the web dashboard.

Can I use PhotoReport without an internet connection?

Yes, the iOS and Android apps work offline. Your data syncs automatically when the connection returns. See Sync and offline mode.

Yes. Your cloud data is hosted in the European Union, encrypted in transit and at rest, and protected by Google Cloud infrastructure. See Security.

No. You can use the app in guest mode (without an account). An account is needed for cloud sync, report sharing and collaboration. See Create an account.

For an App Store subscription: from your iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions > PhotoReport. For a bank-transfer subscription: contact contact@photoreport.app. See Manage your subscription.

Can I recover my subscription on another device?

Yes. Use Restore purchases in Settings > Your subscription. See Manage your subscription.

In guest mode, your local projects are lost. With a Pro/Teams account, your cloud projects are saved online and re-downloaded when you reinstall. See iCloud and local backup.

Yes, for 7 days. Right after deleting, tap or click Undo in the bar that shows for 8 seconds. After that, open Settings > Recently deleted and select Restore. Only the project’s owner can restore it. After 7 days the project is removed for good. See Recently deleted on iOS, Android or the web dashboard.

Can I recover a photo, viewpoint or plan I deleted?

Yes, for 7 days, on every platform. Tap or click Undo right after deleting, or open the project’s Project settings > Recently deleted and select Restore. The item comes back with its original number. In a shared project, any member can restore it, whoever deleted it.

I deleted my project on the free plan and cannot create a new one. Why?

A project in Recently deleted still uses your single free project. Delete it permanently from Settings > Recently deleted (PhotoReport offers to when you try to create a project), or upgrade. The slot also frees up on its own after 7 days.
